If you're an existing Prevx customer
Support is intended to help you with troubleshooting, known issues and any other technical queries you may have.
Support can be contacted by Right-Clicking the System Tray Icon and selecting "Support" as shown below:
Using this method means that the next time you use it, you can be taken directly to your personal area within Prevx support and view your previous messages straight away.
What happens next?
When you select Support from the System Tray menu, firstly you will see a request dialog box, asking your permission for Prevx Technical Support to collect some system information about your computer.
This is voluntary, but it greatly helps Prevx Technical Support to deal with your query quickly and efficiently. The information sent is just technical details about your system, such as running processes or relevant registry settings. No personal information is collected from your computer.
If your Prevx Console is unavailable
If for any reason you are not able to contact us through your Prevx Console, then you can contact us through our web interface by clicking the button below. Only use this method if your Prevx Console is unavailable.
